My Christian parents taught me that God loved me, and Jesus died to be my Saviour and Lord. I remember praying with my aunty as a young kid for Jesus to come into my life. I grew up in a faithful church with some great youth leaders who helped me learn what following Jesus looks like. While at uni I thought more deeply about what God was doing globally, and what it meant for my whole life to belong to Him.

My grandparents were missionaries in PNG. As a child, this planted the idea of going somewhere to tell people about Jesus and as I grew the idea never completely went away. Knowing God desires all of us to know Jesus as Lord, kept coming into my thoughts for how I would spend my life. Since 2017, I’ve been serving in student ministry at the University of Queensland (UQ). During this time, God has grown my desire to share the gospel in German-speaking Europe.

After cross-cultural training at St Andrew’s Hall in the beginning of 2025 and then visiting supporting churches in 2025, I hope to undergo further language and culture learning on location with the view to being involved in university ministry, discipling students and equipping them for a lifetime of ministry.
