Why I chose mission

As a teenager and young adult, I was grieved by my Muslim friends’ lack of real hope. They were striving for heaven but didn’t know the deep love of the Father and the joy of the Saviour who came from heaven to redeem them. As God lifted my eyes from Australia, I realised that for vast numbers of Muslims in the world there is no one to tell them about Jesus. So, in 2018 I was sent out to serve in North Africa.

Caring for the vulnerable

I’m part of a small team. Together, we serve the vulnerable and poor in our community by supporting families and children with disabilities and through development work in isolated mountain villages. I share stories of Jesus with the women I meet and pray for them as they share their struggles.
