Why we chose mission

We had the privilege of growing up with family, church members, and leaders who taught us to know Jesus and live with him as Lord. Over the years, we’ve seen the power of the gospel transform young lives as we served in churches across Sydney and trained in ministry to kids, youth, and families. While studying at college, we were both challenged to consider whether we could do this same kind of family ministry in a part of the world with fewer resources.

Discipling kids, youth and families

Leipzig is a city in eastern Germany with a rapidly growing number of families who live unaware that they’ve forgotten Jesus. Many raise their children believing life makes sense without him and rarely meet an evangelical Christian who offers a different story. We’re excited to share the hope of life with Jesus by continuing the discipling, equipping, and training work we’ve done in Sydney – this time with kids, youth, and families in Leipzig. We’ll serve under local leaders to support churches and families in raising children to remember Jesus and share the good news with the next generation.
