Pray that M will be spiritually refreshed and encouraged during Home Assignment. Praise God with Anna Radkovic and the A Rocha Kenya team for all the support, friendship, donations, grants and help they receive to represent Christ on the coast of Kenya by caring for his creation. Give thanks with Anthony & Trudi Elyard for their first five months in Ethiopia, and for the people God has placed in their lives. Pray for deeper relationships as they improve their Amharic language. Pray with Co-Mission Partners Anwar Berhe & Tsigereda Atankir for the construction of the children and youth ministry building project at the Alemgena Bethel Kale Heywet church. Pray for God’s provision, and ask that he may use this centre for the spiritual growth of young people in Alemgena town. 

Praise God with Malcolm & Ainsley Purdey for the opportunity to rest and refresh over the summer holidays. Pray with Chris & Stef Overhall that as they visit churches on Home Assignment, they will speak clearly and winsomely about partnering with God’s work in Chile and Latin America through CMS. Pray also for safety as they travel to Orange to visit Orange Evangelical Church and attend the Central West Missionary Expo. Give thanks with Adrian & Anita Lovell for the mission training school (ECAMM). Pray for Adrian as he teaches an intensive with them in Peru this month–for safe travel, clear teaching, deepening relationships and life-changing learning. Pray with Co-Mission Partner (CoMP) Álex (& Karina) Córdova Morales for the new church-planting group from their local church. Pray for them as they begin meeting in March with a view to planting the congregation in early 2026, and for Alex as he trains them. Pray with CoMPs Andrés & Annika Ruiz Caro for excitement and energy as they prepare to serve ISA and CEP in the new year ahead. Pray also for wisdom as Annika plans to visit her family in Austria, and Andrés travels to Lima regularly to build their relationship with the Anglican Church. 

Pray with Martin & Julie Field for the new group of Año Puente students, that they will quickly adjust to the rhythm of the program. Pray with Amy Stephens for ABUA students to be bold in proclaiming the gospel this year. Pray with Peter & Terry Blowes for the new staff worker, Kevin, as he begins to coordinate the local ABUA group. Pray for Peter speaking on James at a camp in Córdoba 14–16 March. Thank God with Pedro & Joy Oliveira Woolmer for his sovereign plans for the year ahead. Pray that they would entrust their plans to him, and be well-equipped and energised to serve him wholeheartedly this year. Thank God with Nick & Kysha Davies for the successful preaching workshops in Panama, working with CEC (the IFES in Panama). Pray with Co-Mission Partners Bryan & Sarah Haro Leon for Bryan as prepares and teaches Systematic Theology II, and for Sarah’s Bible study with other mums to grow. 

Pray for Matt & Ellen Tyler as they continue to work towards confirming a language group, and for the preparation required to move to a remote village on an outer island. Pray with Joel & Tiffanie Atwood for their first deputations this month at Hawker Anglican (Canberra) and Chatswood Church of Christ. Pray with Keith & Marion Birchley that they will praise God as they go through lots of change, and wait patiently for his timing in their lives. Ask God to help Bill & Linda Colyer as they continue to settle into life in Port Vila–particularly with church, school, and language learning. Pray with David Pettett for BPTC students to grow and be equipped for a lifetime of gospel ministry. 

Pray for Ian & Jenny Wood as they teach the first blocks for the year this month. Pray that their students will take the things they learn and apply them in their own communities. Pray with Derek & Rosemary Snibson that new people attending weekly Bible Studies at transitional housing, a drug rehab centre and the prison will encounter Jesus, the living hope. Pray with Simon & Claire Koefoed for their family to continue trusting and delighting in Jesus this year. Pray with Co-Mission Partners James (& Miriam) Woods, Marlene Andrews and Mandy Manggurra for continued sustenance and joy in Christ. 

Pray with Chris & Karen Webb for Aboriginal Christians who suffer from chronic illness–that they might experience God’s peace and joy as they trust Jesus. Give thanks with Matt & Lisa Pearson for the wet season, where they can meet together and make Kunwinjku ministry resources with reduced impact from visitors. Give thanks with Josh & Steph Mackenzie for the opportunity to reconnect with supporters and link churches on Home Assignment. Give thanks with Maggie Crewes for her orientation time in Darwin, and for temporary accommodation in Alice Springs. Pray for suitable accommodation for the long term, and for Gods leading as she explores future ministry opportunities. Pray for Samuel & Bec Gorfine as they complete orientation in Darwin before heading to location in March, and for God’s strength, peace and comfort as they adjust to the NT. Pray with Geoff & Hannah Harper for their daughter Lydie as she starts Year 12. Pray also for growth in their relationships with Indigenous peoples, and ask God for wisdom and courage as they relate with people. 

SAH: Pray for the new semester that has just started at SAH with 13 trainees preparing for long-term mission: Dan and Erina, Nerida, Tony and Yenli, Stephanie, J and A, Grant and Alison, Lachlan and Zaneta, and Yumin. Pray that they would equip themselves well for the good works that God has prepared for them to walk in. Mentac: Give thanks for A and A, who have started Mentac this month. Pray that they adjust well to their new apprenticeship roles, and pray for their mentor, Margaret. Across Cultures: Pray for a good uptake for the whole-year program as Across Cultures starts this month. Pray that 30 or more people will sign up as full participants. 

Pray with D & T that many of the seeds that seemed to sprout in relationships and ministry opportunities at the end of 2024 would continue to grow this year. Pray with L for good energy and time management in her counselling study, and that the LORD will provide everything she needs for this term. Pray also for a suitable location partnership, and that the LORD will bring resources, and she will trust and follow his leading. Pray with Lachlan & Candy Grice for their new son–that God’s Spirit would stir him even now to embrace the missionary life and to have eyes fixed on Jesus and eternity with him. Pray with Sam & Shan-Shan Chrisp for university students in Taiwan beginning the second semester this month. Pray for Christian students to be eager to keep meeting together around God’s Word. 

Give thanks with Kellie Nicholas for the opportunity to reconnect with people at her link churches. Praise God with Elle Bryce for sustaining her through her first two years in Kyoto. Pray that Elle will continue to work well in the final months of her language course, and that she will transition well into the role of KGK worker. Pray with Chenny Thie that students will not neglect fellowship with God and church during the busy end-of-semester period. Pray with Dene & Rachel Hughes for good physical and emotional health as they continue to endure the long winter. Pray that they might be a source of interpersonal warmth for others too. 

Ask God with Matt & Bex Ooi for more opportunities to connect with locals and for openings to talk about faith and beliefs with them. Pray with Dave & Beck McIntyre for the Kansai Christian Women’s Conference that Beck is helping organise. Pray especially that those in the area who feel isolated would find fellowship and encouragement there. Praise God with Steven & Sandra Parsons that creative ministries are reaching places (where missionaries haven’t traditionally entered) to spread the gospel message to Japanese people. Pray with Adam & Helane Ramsay for wise and faithful planning together with their church family for the new year commencing in April. Pray with Nathan & Maki Clapham that people in the Komoro area might hear the gospel and turn to Christ. 

NSW & ACT: Pray for Canberra Mission Focus in March, that many would attend and be spurred to engage in global mission.  

QNNSW: Pray for Missionary in Training, Stephanie Hawkins, as she commences at St Andrew’s Hall. Pray that her time there will equip her well for service in Europe.  

SANT: Pray for the new university mission group. Ask that God would move in the hearts and lives of this generation to partner in his global mission. 

TAS: Pray for the CMS TAS Board: Richard Condie, Barb Totterdell Greg Stanford, Louise Clifford, Scott Doran-Sargent, Michael Guerzoni, James Hornby, Sonny Singh, Danny Wherrett, Tim Wherrett and Therese Wright. Pray for their first meeting of the year on Saturday.  

VIC: Pray for the upcoming Bendigo event–that great partnership would be formed in the rural areas of Victoria. Pray also for many to support the capital campaign, investing in new missionary accommodation. 

WA: Give thanks for those elected to the CMS WA Board at the recent AGM, and pray that the Board would continue to exercise good governance over CMS WA. 

Pray with Bruce & Libby Hayes for meaningful farewells and sharing in their link churches this month at North Pine, St Lucia Bible Church, Dalby, Ekibin, Zillmere and Clayfield. Pray with Co-Mission Partners (CoMPs) Jiwan & Binita for Jiwan’s process to join Tyndale Theological Seminary as a MDiv student and for God’s guidance. Pray with CoMPs Sam & Sharmila Budhathoki for effective engagement with their students and youth. Pray for wisdom as Sam begins to develop some discipleship and leadership materials for young Nepali Christians and students. Pray with CoMPs Ashish Christian & Karuna Sharma for continued trust and delight in the LORD this year. 

Pray for A to continue trusting and delighting in the LORD. Give thanks with E for opportunities to teach homeschooling families in her city. Pray with S & E for their development in reading, listening to and speaking the local language. Pray with M & K for the annual gathering of local evangelism workers and their families this month. Pray for growing trust and sharing between workers, and for a deep desire to see new believers and discipleship movements. Pray with K (& A) that the children attending camps run by their project will be impacted by the lives of the young adult volunteers who are serving them. 

Pray with R for wisdom for her team as they think about some moving to a nearby city, and some staying in their current location. Pray for S & D as they arrive on location for the first time this month. Pray with J & S for the Lord to direct their steps as they explore future ministry opportunities. Give thanks with J & P for the restful end-of-semester break for P. Pray also for a smooth process as J’s work prepares for his visa reapplication. Pray with D & S that D’s Bible study group will grow in their love for God’s truth, and will rely on and live in step with the Spirit. 

Pray with L for a good recommencement of English conversation classes, and for his team as they plan for the future. Pray with J for peace in the region. Ask for wisdom and discernment regarding future ministry opportunities. Praise God with D & M for the encouragement of witnessing how the Holy Spirit is working in their location. Pray with S & M for their region as it continues to seek stability, security and prosperity. May Jesus be the source of these things in every heart. Pray with Gavin & Megan Rosser for life-changing preaching and spiritual growth through Bible study groups this year. Give thanks with M for his safe arrival on location at the start of this month. Pray for him as he begins language classes and settles in. 

Pray with B for many positive reconnections and meaningful conversations as she visits local friends in her city and in rural regions, after returning from Home Assignment. Pray too for a smooth transition and resettling into life in the Middle East. Pray with J for opportunities to speak of Christ as Ramadan begins later this month. Thank God with W & S for all they have learned during their first year as a family on location, and for all the ways they have seen God’s provision and help. Pray with C for good momentum this month as her team visits new contacts, before things slow down next month over Ramadan. Pray with M for a good transition to a new town, and the opportunity to find people who are thirsty to know Jesus and grow. Pray with S & P for peace in the region, and for many to turn to Jesus. 

Pray with Morgan & Olivia for the gospel to reach many in their nation. Pray with John & Deb for the year ahead, as their church changes hotels and establishes themselves. Pray that God would continue to bring people into his kingdom. Give thanks with Craig & Lisse for good friends who labour alongside them for the gospel and continually point them to Jesus. Pray with Elizabeth for two upcoming conferences: one for Year 12 students thinking about how to transition well to university, and one for single people on thinking Biblically about relationships. Pray with Ray & Sandy for people at their church to be bold in sharing the gospel. 

Give thanks with David & Cathie Sandifer for the great group of students at Tyndale, and the privilege of training them. Pray with Klaus & Jude Hickel that God would open the eyes and hearts of those at the Christianity Explored course. Pray with Michael & Rani Grivas-Allison that God would be at work among students and those from the broader GBU network–including local pastors, prayer and financial partners, and Bible college students–during the GBU annual conference ‘Hérauts’ (8 February). Pray with Co-Mission Partner (CoMP) Jotham Booker that God will continue to bless his church with gospel growth. Pray that CoMPs Leon & Oliva Le would continue to grow in Christlikeness this year. Pray with Howard & Patricia Spencer for the logistics of the annual GBU conference on 8 February. Pray that the students will be challenged by the gospel teaching and practical electives. 

Pray with Simon & Jessica Cowell for this month of conferences–including the annual GBU staff retreat, a weekend away with other CMS colleagues in Europe, and the GBU-South Winter Camp. Pray with Jason & Hannah Fairclough that students will grow in their faith and desire to live for Christ through the GBU Florence/Bologna Wintercamp. Pray also for their children (Elena and Samuel) as they start school in Australia during Home Assignment–that they will make friends and feel welcomed. Pray with Gillian Law for wisdom as she leads the GBU staff team and guides the students. Pray with Co-Mission Partners (CoMPs) Bostjan & Lidija Cifer for the Zvesh student retreat on 21–23 Feb, which is Bostjan’s final retreat before stepping down as a staff worker in July 2025. Pray with CoMP Andrea (& Geanne) Becciolini for a Christlike attitude, clarity of vision, and God’s work during the GBU National Staff Retreat (6–9 February) and the regional student retreat (28 February–2 March). Pray with CoMP Manuel Ardolino that GBU students will continue to share the gospel with their colleagues during the exam period. 

Pray with Jim & Tanja French for their MOCLAM students to grow in their love and knowledge of Jesus. Pray for wisdom and guidance by God’s Spirit for Jim and Tanja as they teach. Give thanks with Miriam Bradshaw for two new young youth leaders, and their enthusiasm and keenness to learn more about the Bible and how to teach it to others. Give thanks with Lauren Raiter for the encouragement of the network of missionaries from different organisations working across Spain, including a dear friend with who has just arrived in Basque country. Pray with Chris & Kristy Galea that their time away at the CMS Europe conference at the end of the month would be refreshing and spur them on for the year ahead! 

Thank God with Karina Brabham for the time she has been able to spend with family on Home Assignment. Give thanks with Josh & Susannah Apieczonek for the chance to encourage and enjoy time with other CMS Europe missionaries over 21–24 February. Thank God with Colin & Catherine Puffett for the many young ones being dedicated at their church this month. Pray for opportunities to invite friends along as they give thanks to God for new lives, and acknowledge their responsibility towards them. Praise God with Emma Payne for the last month and all the ways she has seen him at work. Pray for a good ear, quick recall, and patience as she begins language and culture learning. Pray with Gillian Akers as she begins this semester at the local university language school–that she will work diligently and progress in her language to enable deeper relationships that speak of Jesus.

Give thanks for Malcolm and Leanne’s 10 years of faithful service with CMS, and pray for the Lord to guide their next steps. 

Pray for wisdom and guidance for those planning and managing the CMS-A 2025/26 budget, as they balance financial stewardship with caring for missionaries. 

Give thanks with Marty & Jenny Foord for the new semester. Pray that faculty and students will continue to grow in their knowledge of, love for, and devotion to the Lord Jesus Christ. Praise God with Christopher & Julie Dean for a time of refreshment with family over Christmas, after being away for the past three years. Praise God for the teaching, learning, and gospel encouragement at the VIC SUTS Conference. Give thanks for Malcolm & Leanne and their 10 years of service with CMS. Pray for them as they farewell the wider CMS fellowship. Pray with Chris & Grace Adams for good family time during school holidays. Pray for various planning meetings for the year ahead. Pray with Taulama Siuhengalu for good rest and recuperation during the winter break. Pray with Co-Mission Partner Thủy (& Ngân) for follow-up from the Christmas season, that non-believers who attended the Christmas service will have open hearts to receive Christ. 

Pray with Andrew Buchanan & Abi Tandiseru for wisdom as they pack to return to South East Asia, and an encouraging time at their commissioning service on 1 February. Thank God with Rowan for the new people who came to the Christmas services, and pray that they will choose to make All Saints their spiritual home. Pray that Chris & Erin would be refreshed and energised to serve God and his people faithfully this year. 

Pray with Julie for refreshment and rest during the university holiday, and opportunities to connect with students who aren’t travelling over the break. Pray with Rebekah for a smooth beginning to a new semester, wisdom and diligence in preparation, and fruitfulness in teaching. Pray with Jon & Deborah for their son Simeon as he starts his final semester of school. Ask God for clarity for the next steps for him. Give thanks with Josh & Nici for a smooth move into their new house and a refreshing visit from family. Pray for a good start to teaching at the college and school for the kids. 

Pray with K for beneficial catch-ups with pastors and others as they organise the finer details of church visits while on Home Assignment. Give thanks with L & C for stories of people calling on Christ’s name and being saved. Pray with N that a large number of new students will enrol at the language centre this month. Give thanks with N & R for the opportunity to reconnect with supporters on Home Assignment. Pray with I for preparation and involvement in CMS VIC SUTS Conference. Pray with Co-Mission Partner Y that many in her home country would come to know and love the Lord. 

Pray with Tim & Olivia Mulherin for a restful and uplifting Home Assignment as they reconnect with family, friends, supporters and churches. Give thanks with Jeremy & Jill Horrocks for a holiday over Christmas with visitors. Pray for enthusiasm for students at both HOPE and Phnom Penh Bible School as they begin the second semester. Pray with Maurice & Amanda Jacobson as their daughter Bella is expecting her second baby this month, as there have been some slight complications. 

Ask God with Daniel & Olivia Webster to send faithful and teachable new students to NETS. Pray with Nathan & Diane Lovell for smooth logistics as George Whitefield College prepares for a new student body. Pray that these new students will settle in quickly. Pray with Kylie Zietsch for IBT, who are looking for missionaries to serve in Zimbabwe long-term at their sister college. Pray also for joy, energy and learning as Kylie continues her Honours in Counselling. Pray with CoMP Thulisile (& Thato) Mabe for continued delight and growth in the Lord for their family this year.
