Pray with Matt & Bex Ooi that during summer camp season, students across Japan will encounter Jesus and become disciples or disciple-makers. Give thanks with Steven & Sandra Parsons for the opportunity to meet with and advise potential gospel workers, and pray for discernment as they seek God’s direction together. Pray with Lachie & Zaneta Neal for refreshment, encouragement and deepened relationships at the TEAM annual conference this month. Pray with Adam & Helane Ramsay that, as they prepare for the practicalities of summer camp kids’ programs, God will also be preparing their hearts to teach and care for the kids. Pray with Nathan & Maki Clapham that they will encourage their link churches and supporters throughout their Home Assignment. Pray with Tony Nguyen & Yenli Taniwan that the summer holiday break will bring refreshment and strengthen family bonds. 

Pray with Co-Mission Partners (CoMPs) Ashish Christian & Karuna Sharma for their studies – Ashriel and Adriel at school, Ashish’s D.Min. dissertation, and Karuna’s final oral exam for her PhD. Pray with CoMPs Jiwan & Binita for God’s peace, guidance and provision for his church and workers, especially those struggling with ongoing political and economic instability. Pray with CoMPs Sam & Sharmila Budhathoki for the Lord’s leading as Sam has been appointed head of NBCBS. Pray that Sam will rely on God and lead the staff, board, students and ministry for his glory. 

Give thanks with A for the joy and mutual encouragement of Home Assignment, and pray as she prepares to return to location later this month. Pray with E that secret believers on location will have wisdom and boldness to live for Christ. Pray with S & E that, as their family has eight weeks off from school, they will enjoy the different schedule and continue to learn language and culture. Pray with M & K as they re-adjust to life in South Asia. Pray especially for their sons re-entering the local school and reuniting with friends. Give thanks with Co-Mission Partners A & K for S, a faithful coworker from East Asia. Pray that God will use S and K’s work to grow children’s ministry across South Asia. 

Pray with R that God’s word will go out through technology, print, speech and song to the people of Eurasia. Ask God with J & P for refreshment and mutual encouragement as they meet with churches, partners, friends, and families during their Home Assignment. Pray with S & D that their friend P might come to know Jesus. Give thanks with J & S for refreshment and good team building during a team retreat this month. Pray with J & A for wisdom and clarity as they invest in local relationships. Pray with Derk & Susan that God will grant Susan wisdom and discernment as she disciples not-yet-believing students. 

Pray with Je that local Muslim-background believers will be bold in sharing their faith with their families and communities. Pray with Dan & Marg that the many school families travelling over the summer and reconnecting with supporters in their home countries will find mutual encouragement and necessary support for the sake of the gospel. Pray with S & M that the many people displaced by conflict will have their needs provided for, receive God’s comfort, and put their hope in the heavenly kingdom. Pray with Gavin & Megan Rosser for Grace as she prepares to transition to life in Australia. 

Pray with B that over the summer break, relationships and trust will continue to deepen between and with her students. Ask God with Jo for sustenance through the long hot summer, and pray for refreshment and joy in her team’s spiritual lives. Pray with W & S for the Lord’s leading, wisdom and discernment as they meet with potential new team members for the refugee-focused group next year. Pray with C as a family in the team returns to Europe for a year – ask God to provide friends for the children, and supportive fellowship. Pray also for the remaining team members on location through this transition. Pray with L for physical and spiritual refreshment as he visits friends in the UK and attends a conference in Europe. 

Pray with M & O as M speaks God’s Word to people from a wide range of cultures, assumptions and experiences. Pray with E that local young people will seek, understand and love Jesus. Pray with C & L for restorative rest despite the heat, and give thanks that while the pace of their city slows in the summer, God’s work continues! Pray with M that he will be able to remember and share the Bible stories he’s learning in the local language. Give thanks with R & S for the ongoing partnership of supporters in Australia. Give thanks with R & J for the joy of getting to know church family on location. Pray for R as he leads the staff team, and for discernment as J considers ministry opportunities. 

Give thanks for Mid-Year Missionaries Conference. Pray that it will be a time when our missionaries can reflect on their ministries, be supported, and re-train while on Home Assignment. Pray for our partners in the Middle East as they care for and guide our workers. 

Pray with Klaus & Jude Hickel for mutual encouragement with their link churches while in Australia. Praise God with Simon & Sam Graham for an encouraging Home Assignment and the commitment of their partner churches to global mission. Pray that God will be glorified at their commissioning service. Pray with Co-Mission Partner (CoMP) Jotham Booker for an inaugural conference with local churches on 18 July. Pray for smooth logistics, faithful preaching, and increased unity among the gathered saints. Give thanks with Michael & Rani Grivas-Allison for God’s work in and through GBU students this academic year. Pray with Howard & Patricia Spencer for safe travel as they visit family over the summer holidays, and pray for GBU students in their exams. Pray with CoMPs Léon & Oliva Le for a fruitful time of reflection and work this summer as they prepare for the next academic year. 

Give thanks with Simon & Jessica Cowell for their Home Assignment beginning next month. Pray with Jason & Hannah Fairclough that God will raise up more Italian gospel workers. Pray for Jason as he works with Andrea to plan GBU Florence events for the next academic year. Praise God with Gillian Law that God provides and guides us to complete his work, and that his plans always come to pass. Give thanks with Co-Mission Partner (CoMP) Andrea (& Geanne) Becciolini for God’s hand over the GBU this past year. Pray with CoMP Manuel Ardolino that students will boldly share their faith with friends and family over the summer break. Pray with CoMPs Boštjan & Lidija Cifer for refreshing rest during the holidays, and pray that during Christian summer camps across Slovenia, many children and young people will hear and respond to the gospel. 

Pray with Jim & Tanja French that MOCLAM classes will encourage students to dig into the Word and transform their lives in God’s image. Praise God with Lauren Raiter for the encouragement of Australian partners and friends who recently visited her in Madrid. Pray with Miriam Bradshaw that the upcoming youth camp will facilitate good gospel conversations and challenge attendees to live for Jesus their whole lives. Pray with Chris & Kristy Galea for their preparations for a new Bible ministry, particularly the pending permission to use illustrations from an international Christian organisation in their Bible storytelling materials. Give thanks with David & Cathie Sandifer that Annie and Josiah are progressing well in their studies, and pray for Cathie as she oversees their schooling. 

Give thanks with Karina Brabham for the many ways God has been at work this academic year, especially growing GBU students in their trust in Christ. Pray with Emma Payne for God’s nearness, peace and comfort as she gathers with family in Australia to grieve the passing of her mother Mavis. Give thanks for Mavis’ faithful service to the Lord and rejoice that we have full assurance of our hope in Jesus. Give thanks with Dan & Erina Sawyer for growth in language learning. Pray for strong relationships at church and through the preschool. Praise God with Colin & Catherine Puffett for the growth they’ve seen in individuals and the church this academic year. Pray for them as they settle into their new house and form relationships with their neighbours. Give thanks with Gillian Akers for the healing and ongoing stabilisation of her hip, and ask God to provide a pastor for Rennes-Sud. Pray with Stephanie Hawkins for wisdom as she balances language and culture learning with rest this summer, ahead of increased ÖSM responsibilities in September. 

Pray with Chris & Grace Adams for the Pastors’ Preaching Training this week. Pray pastors will be encouraged and challenged to grow as gospel proclaimers. Give thanks with Christopher & Julie Dean for encouraging visits with link churches in their final Home Assignment. Pray for a smooth transition to life and work in Wagga, especially settling into a local church. Pray with Taulama Siuhengalu for the energy to keep working hard and finish the academic year well. 

Pray with Andrew Buchanan & Abi Tandiseru for refreshment over the end-of-academic-year holiday period. Pray with Rowan that his visits to link churches this month will be mutually encouraging and show deep gospel partnership. Give thanks with Chris & Erin for time at the AFES Apprentice Conference this month, and pray that God will continue to raise up workers for his harvest. Pray with Co-Mission Partner Yumin that those who have attended recent evangelistic courses and events will want to know Jesus, repent, and believe. 

Pray with Julie that this last month of Home Assignment will provide golden opportunities with family and friends. Ask also for opportunities for many mission conversations with uni students at two mid-year conferences. Pray with Rebekah for patience during visa renewal and administration processes in coming weeks. Praise God with Jon & Deborah for quality time with friends and family in Melbourne. Pray with Josh & Nici that their majority-faith friends on location will find fullness of life in Jesus. 

Ask God with K to uphold and encourage the workers remaining on location at this time of year while others travel for holidays and Home Assignment. Give thanks with L & C for the care and support of God’s people throughout their service with CMS. Pray for wisdom and peace as they transition into a new season. Pray with N that her ability to communicate about biblical matters in the local language will continue to grow. Pray with N & R that R will have boldness and wisdom as she reads the Word with local women. Pray with I for opportunities to share spiritual truth through teaching and with colleagues at the language school. 

Pray with Tim & Olivia Mulherin for their boys as they navigate cross-cultural friendships, schooling and life – that God will bless them with patience and understanding. Pray with Jeremy & Jill Horrocks that PPBS and HOPE staff and students have a rejuvenating holiday. Pray for healing for Jeremy’s knee, and give thanks for their holiday in Australia. 

Pray with Matthew & Caitlin Bakon that their family will transition smoothly back into life in Sydney, and that Josiah and Grace will trust that God is with them everywhere they go. Pray with R & J that they will point people to Jesus as they settle into life and church on location. Ask God to provide work visas and ID cards, and permanent accommodation that can reflect his generous hospitality. Praise God with Tim & Eloise Cumming that he provides for everything we need. Pray with Phill & Wendy Evans for grace in preparation, communication, and relationship-building during Home Assignment. Pray with Simon & Margie Gillham for a refreshing break before raising support with partners in the coming months. Pray with Jonty & Bethany Perrett for a smooth transition to Sydney for Home Assignment, and that their sons will settle well. Give thanks with Stuart & Yukiho Sharry for the wonderful encouragement of their peers and the excellent training at SAH. Ask God to provide prayerful and financial partners for their ministry. Across Cultures: Pray for all who attended the Training Day in May. Ask that God gives them opportunities to practice cross-cultural evangelism and grow in confidence to share the great news of Jesus. Mentac: Pray for F, M, and Z, three Muslim women with whom Al and An are meeting and reading God’s Word. Pray they will embrace Jesus as their Saviour. 

Give thanks with Nathan & Diane Lovell for an encouraging Home Assignment, and ask for smooth transitions back to life on location. Pray especially that Shiri and Isaac will be able to catch up on schoolwork. Pray with Kylie Zietsch and Co-Mission Partner Thulisile (& Thato) Mabe that training conferences this month at JBC will engage and equip attendees for ministry in their churches and organisations. Give thanks with Daniel & Olivia Webster for the relationships they have on location, both old and new, in which they are blessed to give and receive. Pray with Jesse & Amy Morrison that, as they prepare to be sent to Zimbabwe, they will have meaningful farewells with family and friends. 

Pray with Brenton & Mel Kilby for Brenton’s safe travel to four parishes in coming weeks, and that the training he gives will encourage the elders to grow as shepherds of God’s sheep. Pray with Mike & Katie Taylor for mutual encouragement as they visit partner churches and share how God is at work in Tanzania, as well as the great need for well-equipped church leaders. Give thanks with Grant & Alison Gallant for progress in language learning and local relationships. Pray with Michael & Jean Burke that God will provide staff specialised in Geriatric and Family Medicine to lecture in the university. Pray with David & Jenny Juniper for their students finishing a three-month intensive in Nairobi, and for the students’ families back in Goma. 

Give thanks with Andrew & Margaret Newman for completed exams, and for students whose fees were paid in time. Pray as they look for godly replacement staff to cover for Andrew and Margie during their Home Assignment. Praise God with Ryan & Lynne Verghese for the opportunity to present the gospel through Alpha with youth and adult groups. Pray for their preparations before Home Assignment starts in July. Give thanks with Adam & Avril Friend for the twelve graduating students this month. Ask God to bless their future ministry, that it will be faithful to the gospel and greatly fruitful. 

Pray with M that the end-of-school-year party will be a joyful opportunity to deepen her connections with the students’ parents. Pray with Anna Radkovic as she prepares to finish well in Watamu and begin Home Assignment. Pray also for encouragement for the A Rocha team, with a number of staff either very unwell or grieving lost loved ones. Pray with Anthony & Trudi Elyard that their Home Assignment is an encouragement to others and shows the need for theological education in Ethiopia. Give thanks with Co-Mission Partners Anwar Berhe & Tsigereda Atankir for approved visas for new international students. Pray these students will quickly adjust to the study program and Ethiopian culture. 

Pray with Malcolm & Ainsley Purdey for rest and refreshment over the school holidays. Give thanks with Chris & Stef Overhall for school holidays and time to rest as a family, and pray for the new semester of MOCLAM and CEP classes starting on 29 June. Praise God with Co-Mission Partner (CoMP) Álex (& Karina) Córdova Morales for the two new members in their local church council. Pray that God grants them wise, servant hearts, and give thanks for the finishing members who have served faithfully the last three years. Pray with CoMPs Andrés & Annika Ruiz-Caro that God will provide timely visa approvals and grant them patience and trust in this stressful process. Give thanks with Adrian & Anita Lovell for the chance to train church leaders in inductive Bible study. 

Pray with Ned Gifford that students in Buenos Aires will meet Jesus on campus. Give thanks for the students boldly inviting people to join and read the Bible together. Praise God with Amy Stephens for the ABUA Camp last month in Córdoba, and that students valued the time spent in fellowship and studying Ephesians. Pray with Martin & Julie Field that as they prepare the Mark Drama, God will emotionally and spiritually prepare the students to present the gospel clearly and faithfully. Pray with Co-Mission Partner (CoMP) Esteban Abregú (& Constanza Herrero) that everyone involved in and coming to see the Mark Drama performances this month will feel the impact of the gospel. Give thanks with Pedro & Joy Oliveira Woolmer for teaching opportunities at their church. Pray that in one-on-one meetings, home group, and campus groups, people will all be committed to studying God’s Word together. Pray with Nick & Kysha Davies for good farewells, safe travels and a smooth return to Peru after Home Assignment. Pray with CoMPs Bryan & Sarah Haro Leon as Bryan starts teaching Bible classes to new believers at church. 

Give thanks with Matt & Ellen Tyler for an enjoyable and restful holiday. Ask God to provide people willing and able to continue teaching them Daakaka. Praise God with Andy & Rachel Carden for the partnership of their link churches, and pray for mutual encouragement from their visits. Pray with Bill & Linda Colyer for reconnection with education students who have been away on teaching practicals for two months. Pray with Michael & Ashlynne Davis for their last church visit this week before pre-departure processes begin. Pray that through it all, their eyes will be fixed on Jesus. Ask God with Joel & Tiffanie Atwood for patience, perseverance and energy in language learning. 

Give thanks with Ian & Jenny Wood for encouragement from their visits with partner churches and supporters, and pray for safe travels driving back to Darwin this month. Pray with Derek & Rosemary Snibson that the Bagot Community Church in Darwin will continue to grow as disciples and in their ministries. Pray with Simon & Claire Koefoed that Family Clericon (clergy conference) this month will be an encouraging time as ministry families gather from across the NT. Pray with Co-Mission Partner (CoMP) James Woods (& Miriam Numamurdirdi) for James’ continual growth as a teacher and in his VET qualifications, that he may understand the Bible well to teach it faithfully. Pray with CoMP Marlene Andrews for a flourishing youth ministry in Ngukurr church, and ask God to raise up suitable leaders. Pray with CoMP Mandy Manggurra for the establishment of youth work in the Numbulwar church to complement the children’s ministry. 

Pray with Chris & Karen Webb for the women in Karen’s Bible study who are engaging deeply with God’s Word. Ask God with Matt & Lisa Pearson to strengthen the Kunwinjku saints with all power according to his glorious might, that they may endure with patience and joy, giving thanks and walking worthy of him. Pray with Maggie Crewes that God will continue to uphold the Alice Springs community after the tragic murder of a little girl. Give thanks for the annual meeting of gospel workers and clergy from across the NT this month. Pray with Josh & Steph Mackenzie as their family settles back into community life after medical leave away from location. Pray that God will continue to work in their lives and the lives of those they minister among. Pray with Sam & Bec Gorfine for students attending the Anindilyakwa Bible Translating class at Nungalinya College this month. Pray that the students will continue to develop a deep love of scripture and are equipped to translate God’s Word for future generations. Pray with Geoff & Hannah Harper for the opportunity to rest next month at a holiday house kindly lent to them. Pray for rejuvenation after many big changes this year. 

NSW & ACT: Give thanks for the Lasting Hope Appeal and all who have given so far. Pray that many hearts will be stirred towards supporting global mission. QNNSW: Give thanks for the many faithful supporters and churches praying and giving to support CMS missionaries. Pray that many more will be inspired to give generously through the Lasting Hope Appeal. SANT: Pray that God will raise up the necessary funds through the Lasting Hope Appeal, and that the branch will be grateful and faithful stewards of these resources from God.  TAS: Pray for an outstanding Lasting Hope Appeal which sees the branch return a balanced budget for the financial year. VIC: Pray the Kids Camp this month is both an encouragement and an opportunity for spiritual growth for the children and leaders. WA: Pray for God’s provision as the branch faithfully seeks to meet end-of-financial-year expenses. Praise him for the generosity of supporters and partner churches. 

Praise God with D & T that H, their friend of 13 years and husband of M, has come to trust in Jesus, and pray for his ongoing growth as a child of God. Praise God with L for her safe arrival on location, and for the encouraging faithfulness and perseverance of local churches. Pray with Lachlan & Candy Grice that as their language ability grows, they will see more ways to express love for neighbours, colleagues, teachers, friends and strangers. Pray with Sam & Shan-Shan Chrisp that the women in Shan-Shan’s morning Bible study will make the most of the brief time together when they meet.
